Initiate Your Return
Visit the DITA Online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the eyewear in its original case and box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity, cleaning cloths, and tags are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master technicians verify the condition of the frames, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
